We are an Electrical & Mechanical Installation Company specialising in commercial & industrial installations.

We work predominantly in the fit out / refurbishment sector and over 80% of our turnover is achieved through repeat business.

We work throughout the UK and occasionally overseas, this year we have had projects from as far a field as Edinburgh to St Austell in Cornwall to Dublin.

Many projects involve us having a design input, either working from a consultant / designers brief or liaising directly with the end client to ascertain their requirements, to this end we use the latest computer aided design software to provide calculations regarding cooling / heating, lighting, cable sizing, ventilation etc which is then presented on drawings produced by our CAD department on AutoCAD.

Before starting work on sites with existing services installed we carry out detailed validation checks on such items as airflow volumes, cooling water flow rates, electrical load capacity etc, this information is then used to verify information provided by third parties i.e. Landlords etc.
